Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a therapeutic discipline based on the manipulation of the body’s structures to correct imbalances and improve health. Some of the most common techniques include:
- Structural techniques: Gentle manipulations of joints, bones, and muscles to restore mobility and relieve pain.
- Visceral techniques: Gentle maneuvers on the internal organs to improve their mobility and function.
- Cranial techniques: Very gentle techniques applied to the skull and meninges to release tension and improve the function of the nervous system.
- Myofascial techniques: Release of restrictions in the soft tissues (muscles, fascia) to relieve pain and improve mobility and flexibility.
